Refund for Core Charge Terms:
Within 30 days of purchase: send us back the removed core trim piece in the same packaging we sent the pod in. If returned core is received within 30 days, we will refund the $160 core charge.
We advise you ship core back to us with tracking, as we are not responsible for any lost or undelivered returns.
