Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
A 15% restocking fee will apply to any return unless the product is defective or the incorrect item was shipped due to our error. Due to the custom nature of most of our products, specifically the gauge products, we ask that you consider using the warranty process to correct any manufacturing defects before requesting a refund.
Our return form must accompany any return or the item will be rejected and returned to sender. This form is available at the bottom of our Manuals page or can requested by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and cannot be repaired. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
